File manager empty

  • After a clean install of Pufferpanel 1.2.3 on an Ubuntu 18.04 LTS, a server is created, installed and runs for the first time. Everything works properly up to that point. However, when trying to use the File Manager, it shows nothing, though there is no error.

This is a working HTTPS setup (everything else works, including pufferd).

    What could be the issue?

  • Downgrade to Ubuntu 16.04 or 14.04

  • @49f Not an option. Plus, @lordralex has recently made pufferd available to the bionic repo (as seen here). I understand it is not "officially" supported, but I am not sure there would be much difference from 16.04 to 18.04. As I said, everything else runs perfectly, which hints there may be a configuration setting I am missing.

  • I'd need to see the Javascript console window to know what is going on here.

  • Well, crap. Never thought I'd see myself doing exactly what the guys in the IT Crowd say to do ("Have you tried turning it off and on again..."). My apologies. Everything is working now.
