Feature Request Require administrators to type the server name to confirm before deleting

It would be really helpful if when a panel administrator decides to delete a server on PufferPanel, the panel will ask the user to confirm the deletion by having them type out the name of the server (similar to how GitHub requires you to type the name of the repository if you choose to delete one). This will hopefully lessen the likeliness that the wrong server is deleted by accident.
