Autostart?

  • So, I want to make a solusvm profile that when a server is made, pufferpanel will automatically start up on that server. Is there a way to make pufferpanel automatically start on a server when it boots?

  • Bump.......

  • sudo nano /etc/rc.local

    then you should see something like this

    #!/bin/sh -e
    #
    # rc.local
    #
    # This script is executed at the end of each multiuser runlevel.
    # Make sure that the script will "exit 0" on success or any other
    # value on error.
    #
    # In order to enable or disable this script just change the execution
    # bits.
    #
    # By default this script does nothing.
    exit 0

    then before exit place this command

    /srv/scales/scales start

    It should look something like this

    #!/bin/sh -e
    #
    # rc.local
    #
    # This script is executed at the end of each multiuser runlevel.
    # Make sure that the script will "exit 0" on success or any other
    # value on error.
    #
    # In order to enable or disable this script just change the execution
    # bits.
    #
    # By default this script does nothing.
    /srv/scales/scales start
    exit 0

    This will after boot run the scales file and start it without having to login.
