It's possible that you've restarted Scales without stopping the servers running on the server first. Scales does not automatically start/stop servers before stopping itself causing this problem. Log into the node with an account that has access to Sudo. Then use the following command:
You'll get an output similar to the following:
The bottom line is the executable for your Minecraft server as it contains the launch command. The second field (in this case "5128") is the PID you can use to stop the server manually. Enter the following command (edit for your output)
Then try starting your server again. |
