Hello, I just installed PufferPanel (Finally) and during the installation, I noticed that I'm installing a MySQL client & server. I was wondering how would I access it, or can I substitute it for phpmyadmin?

PHPMyAdmin is just a web interface for accessing a MySQL server. I generally suggest learning the command line a bit (which you access by using the following command in the command line):
mysql -u [username] -p [enter password]
From there you can manage databases and users. I strongly suggest learning some of the command line but there are ways to set up PHPMyAdmin along with PufferPanel. While there is no guide currently available you can always set up a separate subdomain for PHPMyAdmin rather than have it included in PufferPanel's NGINX configuration.
