PacksGamingHD wrote at Sep 30 2016 04:16:19 UTC: ok so i found the issue: the file was 0.00 bytes and when that happens puffer panel won't let you modify that file so you have to do it from filezilla and add some text to modify it in puffer panel |

so when working with bPerms i get this error:
An error was encountered when trying to retrieve this file for editing. [HTTP\1.1 500]
i can access some of the files and some them i can't. the ones i can't i get the error: An error was encountered when trying to retrieve this file for editing. [HTTP\1.1 500] and then it sends me back to the file manager
