Pufferpanel is really saving me a lot of money because its open source and free, I cannot ask for more for pufferpanel development, you guys really did a really good job for the panel, although sometimes we encounter bugs and stuff, but all can be manually fix or restarted. Even though there is no automation in billing, but i can still create and activate orders manually. It just reliable, it runs under almost any condition, mods, plugins and almost any version of minecraft. Falling down is just a part of growing, keeping it up is the proof of GROWTH. Keep it up , pufferpanel development, I believe in you XD I really wanna to say thank you so much for what you have done to help out the community. Thank you. |

Thanks you, really... I'm actually learning the GO language to help with the development of this, I don't know how to call it...maybe... Masterpiece? Yeah, Masterpiece. I hope to learn fastly (the school is going to start). And thanks you again. |

Over the past few years PufferPanel has grown into an incredible project, and more importantly, an incredible community. With over 12k downloads on GitHub, 336 members on our new forum, and a vibrant IRC channel, PufferPanel remains the best free and open source game server management panel.
I'd like to thank each and every one of you for your contributions and support. It's what keeps us going, and it's why we do what we do.
Our Plan
Despite the issues our project experienced at the end of last year, I can confidently say that we have recovered. The project has a new plan and a new driving force behind our development and I would like to share that with you now.
Originally, PufferPanel was designed as a panel for Game Server Providers, or GSPs. We always fell short of this goal due to the lack of an API that could be used to provision new accounts and servers. Since that time, the game server hosting community and game servers in general have changed a lot, and we think it is time that we change as well. Many of these changes have already been put in place by our actions, but I'd like to clarify them so that the community can gain a better understanding of where we are heading.
Instead of targeting GSPs, PufferPanel's focus going forward is going to be making the best possible software that we can for all users. From a couple people wishing to share a single server to networks consisting of hundreds of servers, PufferPanel's userbase is diverse and we hope to enable a great experience for all of you.
Starting with our new daemon, pufferd, we have built from scratch a daemon that is not only far more reliable than Scales, but is also much easier to use and customize. While still a work in progress, we hope to share pufferd with you very soon.
Once we have built a solid base with pufferd, we will begin the process of crafting a new panel. While we have been planning and promising this for some time now, we know that with our limited development staff it is unrealistic to remake both the daemon and the panel simultaneously.
PufferPanel is easy to install, easy to use, friendly, robust, reliable, and most importantly, fun. We truly believe PufferPanel is the best free and open source game management panel, and we hope you'll join us in making it even better.
New Logo
You may have noticed our new logo and we hope that you like it. This logo is part of our goal to make the project look more professional. We will also be building a new website for PufferPanel in the coming months.
