I definitely would not recommend using Ubuntu 16.04 right now because we do not support it, 14.04 or 15.10 would be your best bet for the time being. That being said I have a guess as to what this issue is. OVH likes to partition machines so they have almost all storage mounted as /home. They leave a very small amount of space for everything else on the system, and it's possible your machine is running out of disk space. Could you please provide the output of the following command (on a system experiencing this issue)? (as root or with sudo)

Since I've got SSH access to Shagequi's server, here is what you asked him to provide. puffrfish wrote at May 22 2016 22:31:18 UTC: It would appear that my guess is not correct then, as it looks like you have plenty of disk space on all of your mount points. It is very puzzling that this issue would occur only after a certain amount of time. To help give us a better idea of what is going on could you please provide the following log files? You can paste them and any large amounts of text to http://paste.ee and give us the URLs you are taken to. /var/log/nginx/error.log /var/log/php5-fpm.log /srv/pufferpanel/logs/exception.log /srv/pufferpanel/logs/info.log /srv/scales/logs/proc.log I would also like the output of dmesg if possible.
Thanks. |

puffrfish wrote at May 22 2016 22:31:18 UTC: This is almost certainly a hardware or underlying OS related issue that may only be manifesting itself after installing new software or when PufferPanel tries to access the file system. As evidenced by your dmesg output, it is definitely something more than what PufferPanel can cause. I would recommend continuing to troubleshoot with your host. |

Shagequi wrote at May 22 2016 22:31:18 UTC:
Hello everybody,
Since 2 weeks I have many problems with the panel.
I follow all the instructions, I create scales, etc. etc.
But after 10 min ~ (sometimes it's more), the panel, the server, nginx, everything except SSH/FTP stops. And I have a beautiful "Error 502 - Bad Gateway" or another error from the gateway (504).
The bug appeared on 3 differents systems :
My machine is hosted by OVH (I don't have custom kernel, I always click on "Standard Kernel" when I install the system), and the technicians have already changed the disk two times.
When I try to restart php5-fpm, It asks to me to read the journal :

W: Not using locking for read only lock file /var/lib/dpkg/lock
E: Unable to write to /var/cache/apt/
E: The package lists or status file could not be parsed or opened.
And when I try to mount disk to resolve problem, I have a "bus error"
My server, I don't know why, locks everything. But only when I use PufferPanel.
I don't know what to do... quit the panel would make me disappointed.
Could someone please help me to resolve this ?
Thank you in advance.
(And sorry for my wonderful english ;) )
