User accounts are created on the system by Scales and begin with "pp-"and their data is located in directories with the same name located in /home. The dependencies for PufferPanel are installed manually (one of the first steps on the installation guide) so I'm not sure what other dependencies you are talking about unless you are referring to the Scales dependencies. You can look through the auto-deploy script to see exactly what it is doing, but for reference it installs the following packages using apt-get or yum.
I would not recommend blindly removing all of these as some of them are likely needed for other things on your system. If you chose "Use docker" for the auto-deploy script then docker was also installed using the official docker install script https://get.docker.com which installs its own dependencies. |

Adds this block to the bottom of /etc/ssh/sshd_config
It also adds the "scalesuser" group on the system. Hope this helps. |

As title describes, I want to remove PufferPanel from my server completely.
I saw a lot of other dependencies were installed during my installation process, but I am not able to know what exactly were installed.
I also have no idea where and how server data were stored either.
