I am closing this topic because we're not here to help people start hosting companies from their home internet connection. That being said, in order to use PufferPanel from a home connection with a router, PufferPanel requires ports 80 and 5656 to be forwarded to the outside. Please provide the panel with your public IP, not the internal IP.
A static IP is desirable, but not required. If you have a constantly changing IP, you can use a dynamic DNS service in order to have a domain that always points to your home IP.
Please open a new thread if you have further issues with PufferPanel.

That does appear to be correct except for lacking the default votifier port of 8192. I can only assume from that config that you've changed the port that votifier is running on.
After re-creating the docker container and starting it, run the following and ensure that the ports actually got mapped correctly.
# docker ps -a | grep bungee
If they are not mapped correctly, you'll have to destroy and re-create the docker container manually. You can find out how to do that at the following link. https://community.pufferpanel.com/topic/31/an-unofficial-faq-tutorial

It seems to be only the server that can't connect to the public IP. I can get to Scales from outside the LAN (remotely). I scent l haven't tried another local computer, but I can do that a little later today.
We have released a new version of PufferPanel and Scales with an improved installation process and many bug fixes. Please try the latest version and see if it fixes your issues.
